“This is our 5th year on the boat with Bill & Eileen over our 3 week holiday we had 6 days charter with Minch Adventures and these trips as always never ever fail to disappoint and actually get better every year. Bill constantly finds new trips to keep everyone of us excited. This year we fished for Mackerel, which we smoked on board and ate for our lunch, while viewing the spectacular back drop of the Cuillin Mountains on Skye. The children love the surprise of what we haul up in the lobster pots, starfish , crabs , octopus (first this year) and various other creatures from the sea, also our supper this year with 3 lobsters.”
